Kavora Holdings is building a roster of Digital Marketing Administrators to support ongoing and upcoming projects across multiple business units including e-commerce, real estate, logistics, and import/export operations. Selected candidates will join a vetted talent pool and be deployed on active campaigns as project needs arise. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) - Plan and schedule content across digital channels - Design basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools - Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) - Optimize website and landing page content for SEO - Track and report on campaign performance metrics - Assist in email marketing campaigns - Conduct market and competitor research - Support brand awareness and lead generation efforts Minimum Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience managing business social media accounts - Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and/or Google Ads - Familiarity with Canva or other design tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision - Experience with analytics tools is an added advantage Preferred Skills: - Content creation (graphics, short-form video) - Copywriting for digital campaigns - SEO basics - Experience working with e-commerce brands - Familiarity with CRM tools or email marketing platforms
