To offer overall leadership to the institution fraternity by prudently managing the college’s daily administrative functions and operations including handling all staff matters, overseeing curriculum development and execution, student discipline, safety and welfare, handling college fees collection and budgets, and driving business development through community engagement. The College Principal will build relationships with parents and the community to foster a positive, effective learning environment focused on student achievement through a performance management structure and system. Key Responsibilities: a.) Provide leadership, direction, and coordination within the institution. b.) Manage daily college operations aligned with academic and operational targets. c.) Implement the institution’s mission and five-year strategic plan. d.) Ensure financial accountability including student fee collection and prudent financial management. e.) Oversee examinations scheduling, administration, and grading in collaboration with examining bodies (TVETA, KASNEB, KNEC, NITA). f.) Ensure regulatory compliance and manage accreditation processes. g.) Strengthen partnerships and represent the College in marketing and business development initiatives. h.) Oversee internal quality assurance of CBET assessments and learning materials. i.) Maintain custody of academic records and certificates. j.) Participate in budgeting and control institutional expenditure. k.) Foster positive college culture, staff development, and inclusivity.
