Join our expanding Product Growth team! We're actively recruiting Senior Growth Marketing Managers as we continue to scale our growing FinTech division at M-KOPA. You'll design the retention and up-sell infrastructure that drives measurable customer lifetime value and revenue growth whilst creating financial inclusion for Africa's traditionally excluded. Your role will involve building growth systems, strategic partnering with senior leadership, owning customer lifetime value, transforming CRM into a growth engine, and scaling your work across emerging markets. You'll work with CRM/Lifecycle tools such as CleverTap and experiment with tools like WhatsApp and SMS to execute your strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic leadership and execution, enabling financial inclusion at scale in Africa. You will need expertise in behavioural trigger-based up-sell systems, rigorous experimentation methodology, and strategic growth leadership.
